Brooklyn Robot Foundry at the “Design, Make, Play Conference”
This past weekend, Brooklyn Robot Foundry presented at New York Hall of Science’s “Design, Make, Play Workshop/Conference” (presented by NYSCI in collaboration with the White House Office of Science and Technology), and we had a great time doing it. They invited us to come and share one of our activities, and participate in discussions around how it fits into their Design/Make/Play framework. We taught a workshop called “Building a robot from scratch” and led 40 education leaders through the work.
Other presenters included the Lawrence Hall of Science, Boston Museum of Science, and Construction Kids. We got a lot of great feedback on our work, and met amazing educators from across the country. Thanks NySci!!!
